Standard DTF Hub production requires true vector artwork. That keeps sizing, edges and repeat production more controlled before a job reaches print.

Production starts with artwork that can scale cleanly.
DTF Hub requires vector artwork for standard production. A JPG or PNG can look acceptable on screen and still break down when enlarged, separated or repeated.

Vector artwork preserves clean geometry at the finished production size and gives repeat jobs a more reliable starting point.

What counts as vector artwork?
Vector artwork is built from paths rather than a fixed grid of pixels. It can be scaled to the required print size while retaining clean geometry.
SVG
A scalable vector format commonly used for logos and production assets.
EPS / AI
Professional vector artwork formats commonly supplied by graphic designers and branding teams.
CDR
CorelDRAW artwork can be accepted when the file contains editable vector objects.
Editable PDF
A PDF is only vector when the artwork inside is vector. Saving a JPG inside a PDF does not convert it.
Find your vector before paying for a redraw
Your business may already have the file.
Many customers own vector artwork but do not recognise the extension or know where the original file was stored.
Ask whoever created the logo.
Request the master AI, EPS, SVG, CDR or editable PDF file.
Ask a previous branding company.
A printer, sign company, embroiderer or promotional supplier may already have your vector logo.
Check your brand pack.
Look for folders named Corporate Identity, CI, Brand Assets, Master Logo or Artwork.
Do not trust the extension alone.
A PDF, SVG or AI container can still contain only a placed raster image.

The most common confusion is the difference between a file that looks sharp on screen and a true editable production vector.
Can I upload a PNG for normal production?
No. PNG and JPG files are reference files under DTF Hub's standard artwork policy. Choose the R350.00 redraw route if that is the best version of your existing logo.
Can I convert a JPG to vector by saving it as PDF?
No. Renaming or saving a raster image inside a PDF, AI or SVG container does not automatically make the artwork vector.
Why require vector if some DTF printers accept PNG?
DTF Hub uses a vector-first policy to reduce ambiguity around finished size, scaling and repeat production. The policy is a production-control decision rather than a claim that all raster artwork is impossible to print.
Can I send a screenshot for the R350 redraw?
Yes, as a reference. Send the cleanest and largest version you have so the existing logo can be reconstructed accurately.
